It is known by historians that this paper became the basis for later developments in the field of Neurophenomenology, which is a separate branch of Mystical Science from that of the Mentarian Order whose origins date back to the ancient Sumerians. This paper was published three years after the end of the Ultra-War and adopted by the new "Spiritual Science Department" of Federation Command. Its methodology was rudimentary when compared with later refinements, but on the basis of the principals and methods enumerated therein, the Spiritual Science Department was able to produce small but effective teams of Spiritual Scientists who went on to engage in the little understood Cosmogenic War, but now with better and more efficient weapons and armor that could be developed through stringent training and dedication.
